Dr. Amy is a Chi-Hi graduate and is excited to be practicing in her home town of Chippewa Falls for 15 years. She earned her doctorate from Northwestern Health Sciences University. She went on to earn her pediatric certification and Perinatal and Webster Technique Certification from the ICPA. She is VBAC mom of two and her vastly different birth experiences called her to become a Certified Childbirth Educator Mentor with Birthing From Within as well as a trained doula. She is trained in Spinning Babies and a certified BIRTHFIT Leader focusing on postpartum fitness and rehab. She is also trained in craniosacral therapy.
In addition to prenatal and postpartum care, Dr. Amy focuses on sports injury rehab. She is certified in Rockblades and Rockblades Advanced IASTM and is a Mobility Specialist with Rocktape and also utilizes physiotherapy, dry needling and nutritional counseling. She lives on the West Hill in Chippewa Falls with her husband, an engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, her two boys and mini long-haired dachsund, Maple.

Zoey is a Memorial High School graduate and also graduated from UW Eau Claire in Art History and a minor in Business Administration. She has been a wonderful addition to Lake Wissota Family Chiropractic and does our scheduling, billing, and can help you with insurance questions. She also helps to manage and design our fitness schedules and social media. She is the mastermind behind our chiropractic jokes on our chalkboards. She is also getting married this summer!
Fun fact: Zoey was on her high school dance team and after an injury she got to be the Old Abe mascot for a day!
Chiropractic Intern
Laken
Dr. Laken is our chiropractic intern who will be finishing up her clinical rotation requirements with our office until she graduates in June!
Laken is a Bloomer native. She is currently attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where she is in her last trimester of the program. Prior to Palmer, she attended UW-La Crosse and majored in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in nutrition. After graduation, Laken is looking forward to being back in the area where she would like to focus on all things women's health and pediatrics with an emphasis on postpartum rehab.
Outside of the office she enjoys reading, traveling, being active, and spending time with her two Australian Shepherds, Mari and Riggs.
